EMERGENCY NETWORK MAINTENANCE - SERVICE IMPACTING
Location: Chicago (CH3) Date: Saturday, July 4th 2020 Start Time: 1:00AM PST End Time: 3:00AM PST Expected Outage: 30 Minutes
Risk: Network connectivity while the core router is being replaced.
Description: QuadraNet will be performing a network maintenance in order to upgrade our core networking infrastructure. This will be inclusive of replacing our existing legacy core with a much more robust routing appliance.
This network maintenance will benefit customers by offering a wider variety of growth options, improved latency/connectivity and improved reliability.
Two of QuadraNet's engineers will be on-site in Chicago performing the maintenance to ensure it is completed as expeditiously as possible.
